Siinä missä Waltsu on totaalisen koukussa kaikkiin kyselyihin, olen minä koukussa näihin listoihin. Sellaisiin siis joihin voi suoraan maalailla omat nähdyt leffansa ja katsoa kuinka paljon väriä tulee. BBC Culture julkaisi mystisten kriitikoiden laatiman listan 2000-luvun 100 parhaasta elokuvasta ja itsehän bongasin tämän Episodin jutusta. Itse listaan päätyneisiin valintoihin en ajatellut ottaa suurempaa kantaa, koska tietenkin sieltä puuttuu monta ehdottomasti sinne kuuluvaa. Nyt puhtaasti vain merkkailen omat nähdyt ja maalaan ne punaisella silkkaa uteliaisuutta.

BBC:n 100 parasta amerikkalaista elokuvaa
Tähän listaan törmäsin alunperin Episodin jutussa. BBC:n julkaiseman listauksen takana on 62 kansainvälistä elokuvakriittikkoa, joista jokainen nimesi oman top 10 suosikkiaan, parhaan saadessa 10 pistettä ja kymmenellä sijalla olevan saadessa yhden pisteen. Pistemäärät ynnättiin yhteen ja tuloksesta koostettiin sadan parhaan amerikkalaisen elokuvan lista.
Sen suuremmin ottamatta kantaa listan sijoituksiin ja siihen mikä on omasta mielestäni paras (lista luonnollisesti on "ihan väärin" omasta mielestäni) ajattelin, että hauska olisi merkitä korostusvärillä, mitkä kaikki näistä elokuvista on tullut edes nähtyä! Ja samalla haastaan muutkin aiheesta innostuneet bloggaajat tekemään saman. Omat jo nähdyt olen merkinnyt sinisellä (vielä olisi selvästi kirittävää...):
